My periods are delayed by 3 days now and I still want to delay them for 3 days as I need to visit temple, so if I use primolot n tablets...will it help me to delay my periods further?

This can be harmful because you change your menstrual cycle which is natural cycle a particular period .By this you supress your natural phenonmenon.So don't do this.
