Delay in periods

Hello. I had light periods in February. They were on time however I experienced a very light flow. And this month my periods are delayed by 5days. I am not experiencing any pre periods symptoms either. I am married but I am not pregnant. In December also my periods were delayed and my cycle was only for 3 days (mine last for 5 days).. in January again I experienced my normal flow of 5 days. I do not take any sort of medication. What should I do. Kindly help.

Hello there. Since you have such a history, get a USG done of abdomen and pelvis so that we know the status of the ovaries. Kindly consult a gynaecologist with the reports or revert here with reports. Regards
