My mother has this cracked heelp from bery long time which was heeling withing 1 week previously.But this time the cracks are very deep that she can not even walk & she started to have this dry eczema kind of itching all over her skin. Please suggest any medicine,we already met with 2 dermatologist but none of their medicines are working
