Deep breathing

My son is breathing heavily sometimes, it is like trying to catch a breath after stopping your breath for sometime. He has been doing this from past 10 days. Please advise.

Very difficult to come to conclusion in the way you describe. I feel he is sighing frequently. Better to get evaluated by a pediatrician.
