Sir my brothers suffered from fever two months ago at the same time the platlates decrised 38000thousend from that the platlates is incrised 90000 but after some time also decrisre till now the platlates are moving about 1lacks two days ago the platlates was 1.2lacks why the platlates are not coming at his normal range
