.Having problem in urination from last 6 months diagnosed with uti and sem culture was also positive with same bacteria as pain during ejaculation was there now no pain during ejaculation initially pain was there in urethra  after urination .but now no pain . . done  ultrasound which is normal.  Done cystoscopy which is normal.now no pain in urethra after urination but urine stream is bit improved but still not full flow of urine is there and pressure needs to be applied during urination  seems that is there urologist told me to take alfuzosin regularly .any other medication or suggestion
