She is ANA positive and CBS test is normal esr is some high and kft is normal but lft is come abnormal alt/sgot is going 180 sgpt is 195 i have Chek to rehumotoligst but till now not medicine perscribe now they want many test hepetist a b c please help

Liver function test indicates liver cell injury.  To know the reason we need further  tests. Positive ANA is nonspecific result. This person need further work up.
