Hi , Can you please suggest me a very good clinical psychologist for DBT Therapy in New Delhi. Currently I am diagnosis with Borderline personality disorder and my existing Clinical pyschologist counsellor has not been able to support me in last 6 months. I have seen DBT involves some sort of therapy which is not currently I have experienced with my existing counsellor. Would be helpful if someone can explain me how the DBT treatment go and what is the time when people start experiencing the improvement

Dear you need to understand that personality traits could be modified , yes DBT is one of the best therapy for BPD and to continue DBT u need to have session with good and expert Clinical Psychologist.
