Daughter has molluscum in her face

My daughter is 1 year and 10 months. She has a sign of molluscum on her face and it is spreading to body. We have consulted one doctor and she has given me some lotion which I have to apply on infected area however it is very painful​ for my daughter and not seen any reduction in symptoms. Please suggest.

Easier way is to extract out the molluscum and that solves the problem once and for all. Please visit my clinic for treatment
