Please see the picture attached . My 4 month old daughter has rashes all over her front and back neck. Kindly suggest the causes and measures to avoid these in future

Hi there, This is looks like Miliria , a common skin rash for this age, no specific treatment require. Give normal daily bath, loose cloths, If it is hot weather, keep room at comfortable temp with AC or fan. It will subside over time. Take care
