I recently switched from interior design to videography. I work on the computer for both jobs. On days when I don't use a computer or lesser phone time, it still happens.. What do you mean by get my refraction done?

Refraction means testing of eyes for any possibility of aspects You are having computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily. Rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids.
Next Steps
Please follow 20 20 formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every 20.minutes. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. Don't sit facing towards ac or blowers .take rest for few minutes after every hour. eat lot of fruits and leafy vegetables. If advised,Use glasses as per prescription.
