Dark spot on upper eyelid

I've recently noticed a dark spot on my left eye upper eyelid outer side. It's not causing me any problem. I don't have any additional eye problem and also don't have eye power. Is it something to worry about? (I'm attaching the picture too)

Just watch it for a while. Looks like a sebaceous cyst. Can be removed surgically at a suitable time.
