I got an itchy, dark colored, somewhat raised patch on the inner side of my left thigh. Is this any kind of fungal infection

You might be suffering from one of the conditions like psuedo acanthosis , frictional hypermelanosis or even a post inflammatory hypermelanosis due to fungal infection. Weight reduction , loose fitting clothes and treatment for the specific cause could improve your condition.
