Hellow doc,I have lots of dandruff into my head which cause lots of itching and irritation...I keep my hairs clean still I don't know from where the dandruff come into my head...

Shampoo with logidruff s shampoo twice a week

Use antidandruff shampoo. Change your pillow covers every time you head wash. Wash your comb too. Drink lots of water. Sleep well.
