Hi sir/mam,I have big dandruff problem due to which I feels also I am loosing my hairs little bit now.as I am a athletic guy so does running and gym daily so getting sweating due to which also my dandruff increased. Give me a solution whether I will wash my hairs daily or not which shampoo is good .how clear danfruff.

Hi.. Dandruff is very troubling sometimes. Consult a dermatologist to get the right advice. Cause can be many like seb dematitis, scalp psoriasis etc.. Based on the severity of dandruff, doctor will recommend you one or two shampoos to control your dandruff. Within 15 days you should be fine
