Hi, I'm suffering from dandruff from last 2 and half years. I have seen D free lotion advertisement. Is it good to use that???. Or Please suggest any other solution. Thank you.

Start medicated shampoos containing Ketoconozole and zinc pyrithione weekly thrice .Avoid oiling the scalp. Even stress can aggravate dandruff.
