Hello,arcolane contains ketoconazole (antifungal agent) which helps to treat dandruff. But if you are still having dandruff problem then it may be due to excessive dryness of scalp i.e. seborrheic dermatitis or eczema. You need to use shampoos containing  salicylic acid, selenium sulfide,tea tree oil,zinc pyrithione etc. Use antidandruff shampoo twice a week .If your scalp is oily wash your hair daily.
