I am 25yrs old male, suffuring from dandruff -flakes,hair thining, hairfall, acne,please suggest me for hairfall,dandruff, acne of stage3 . Used nizoral 2% for dandruff control, hair getting dry & worse hairfall increasing after its usage, tried minoxil 5% no result as result hair getting dry & worse ,using isotron 20
