Since the last 2 weeks I've been having dandruff issues and an itchy scalp. I have observed that it happens every winter. I also have a lot of hair fall and so the volume also has decreased. What should I do about it?

Hi You seem to be having seborrhoeic dermatitis. A sudden onset is common in this season. Please avoid putting oil as it may make the condition worse. Please use a zinc pyrithrone shampoo for regular use. Include plenty of protein and fruits and vegetables in your diet. It may take some time to see improvement in your hair fall.
