I have a damege in my soft palet it is very hurtful cause my molar touches d damage area i hope you can help me

looking at the picture.. Most likely it could be third molar erupting. However clinical examination is necessary. I would encourage you to visit dentist in your area. In the mean time you could use a painkiller Over the counter. Kindly visit a dentist in your area at the earliest
