Im pregnant 6months and 18 days ..what is the foods I can eat in my meal is best for me and what should I avoid ?? Can please explain how my daily routine to have ?? Please explain in detail for my help ..thank uh

Take Obstritician consultation once a month. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Do light household activities if not walk for 1 hour daily. Take capsule Dexorange once daily after food.
