I am suffering from daily headache problem.when i get up in morning my eye was tighten. when i walk i fell that i fell down now. And head eache is occur after noon. and full day my head going heavy heavy. and from 1 year i am at home no working nothig do anything. my family docter says that from 1 year you are not active so it is hormonal imbalance

Take Tab Tryptomer 25mg at night. Consult any Psychiatrist directly or Online after 10days.
