I have epydmal cyst on my. Rights testis 5.2mm no improvement after having 6 months medicine..still have cyst.. Is there any method to reduce cyst.?

Generally epididymal cyst size will not decrease with medication. If it becomes painful/ has infection/ is increasing in size then it needs to be surgically excised.
