I have been having a problem with my right eye for three days now. It is very itchy and painful. There seems to be a little cyst like lump on the eyeball next to my tearduct. The lump is red and swollen and has been getting worse. I also have a headache behind the eye.

It seems to be carunculitis with conjunctivitis. Please do cold compresses with ice and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and ocupol eye oint at bed time.
