Hello madam.my family planning operation is done last February 2017 through laproscopic.there doctor finded out cyst on left side.so doctor advised me to do pelvis scan after 6 months.but I went for scan after 1year of family planning operation. In the report Left ovary shows cyst of size 43 × 42 mm.should I go for operation or I can take medicines. Please do needful.
