But mantoux test is positve with 17 mm induration.. and now i am feeling small cyst in another testicle. please advise treatment.

Mantaux test is not confirmatory for Tuberculosis. Regarding testicular cyst it needs to clearly examined and then after proper diagnosis treatment to be planned.
