Cyst at the base of my penis shaft

There is a kind of hard cyst which I found lately at base of my penis shaft (on above side , not attached to testicles) and it's under the skin so I can't see it but feel it though. It's not that painfull ,a very little pain .And for sure it's not a boil !! Help me please !

It needs to be physically examined before coming to a diagnosis. Usually epididymal cysts are common at dat location. Need to confirm it. Get a scrotal Doppler and review.
