Cuts on the inner part of foreskin.

Since past 3 months I am dealing with small-small, cuts on the inner side of my foreskin. Usually I don't feel anything but when I try to pull my foreskin back it hurts, mostly it hurts when my penis is errect and at that time i try to pull it back. At first the cuts were not visible easily but recently they have become worse. It stings when I wash my penis after masterbation.
