Sir/mam  today i had small scrates on my leg(photo attached) with rusted iron rod  its bleeded should i take tetanus injection as i have taken tetanus injection 6 month ago should i take again for this

Inj. Teatnus is required once in 5 years if the person is fully immunized previously.... if you have taken inj. Teatnus 6 months back then no need this time.... Just keep the wound clean and dry... do daily dressing with betadine... that will be enough.... Stop smoking if you do as it delays healing process...
