Hello, if it is the minor injury not bleeding, little pain, not infected then keep the area clean by washing with soap and water and apply tincture ointment. That's enough. Most important is avoid any further injury because injury to frenular artery (very superficial, easily damaged) can cause massive bleeding in that case you may need immediate surgical attention.
