I’m anemic and I’m concerned about fainting/passing out. My period has been going on very heavy (I’ve been getting a lot of large period blood clots) for 3 1/2 weeks. I’ve been very tired and in my lower abdomen it’s been painful. I’m not sure either to go to the hospital or wait for my doctors appointment November 20th.
