CT ANGIO Imaging

I Have been operated twice for angioplasty operation in 2005 and 2011.Now again TMT test is abnormal .My Dr is suggesting Angography again to know the position of blockage.My question is whether position of blockage can be seen with the help of CT Angio technique .iF it is possible whehter it is safe and reliable to locate the blockage.Hoping for a reply.
