Cryptic pregnancy

I have done abdominal ultrasound at 13 weeks but not showing any baby and recently I have done beta hcg it is also negative so it's confirm am not pregnant or still I should repeat ultrasound for confirmation

Hello! I understand your query. If beta HCG and ultrasound it is unlikely you are pregnant. No need to repeat ultrasound. You can discuss what symptoms are you having and why did you feel you were pregnant? I'll try my best to answer.
