Hello.... It could be bladder infection .... Ultrasound is required.... Get ultrasound and consult pediatrician in nearest hospital.... Abcess near groin should be drained and he should be put on antibiotics.... Urine analysis may be required. Anyhow detailed examination and investigations are required ,consult pediatrician.
