My son is 4.5yrs old. He had fever and some itching all over body so doctor suggested to do crp test and then it was positive with 87mg/l. Pls explained what it is. As he was too worried as it was so much high

It just suggests infection get proper consult it will be alright, go for other test Urinalysis Typhidot GBP LFT KFT etc
