I have been taking Cremadiet since 1 year. I have chronic anal fissures. Is it completely safe to take 1 spoon of Cremadiet every night? Are there any long term side effects like dependency on Cremadiet or some other complications? Can I take it for few more months?

Istead of this you can add more fibres in your diet...it causes dependency.
