Cramps in early pregnancy

I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I feel cramps in my lower abdomen(they come and go) back pain but no spotting.

Take rest You may need progesterone support

You must rest as much as possible and take progesterone tablets. Some amount of cramps are normal during pregnancy but they could be present in threatened abortion too so take adequate rest. For back pain get vit d levels checked
