Cramping pain on the left lower abdomen

Been experiencing cramping pain on the left lower abdomen which radiates to the calf muscles for few years now. I have been suffering from constipation. I feel nauseated frequently. I consulted an MD and was diagnosed with colitis who prescribed antibiotics and painkillers .ultrasound did not show any abnormalities. Still experiencing symptoms.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Zerodol-spas twice a day after food for 3 days.
