Suddenly my bone below my right breast is paining, i think its a cramp. and i am not able to seat or move properly

Ok have you had any accident, because the pain is sudden. It could also be due to sleeping pattern or Gastritis. Take Tab Pan 40 twice daily before meals, Tab Meftal spas thrice daily after meals. Take light meals, more liquids. If the pain persists, get ur Vitamin d checked and also visit a Physician. All the best
