Yesterday i was jumping rope and doing some martial arts moves, so once when i jumped and landed on my leg then in my left knees i felt a cramp. After that i am not able to walk properly...feeling pain in my knees...also i am not able to make my leg straight...so do i need to take xray for that or it will be cured in few days???

If there is severe pain , you are unable to take weight on that leg and there is swelling seen, it is better to consult orthopaedic surgeon. Till then you can take tab crocin and apply ice
