I pressed my penis is opposite direction with force when it was erect, and then suddenly a cracking sound comes and i had a pain in the middle lower portion of my penis, i am very sacred now. i penis do get erect but not that firm, now but if i move it in the opposite direction i feel pain and lose erection. and when i tried to masturbate but almost no sperm comes out, like it used to be, with it now semen was very thick like a clot and there was no ejaculatory liquid, it was like a thick semen clot without ejaculatory liquid. i am very sacred about what to do... please help and guide.
