Hello doctor I have an issue with my pennies tip skin got crack . Did not understand is a fungal infection or any other. My Suger lever is maintained even took medicine for fungal infection (sebifin cream) but no effect kindly advise me cause and the medicine if possible

What you have is probably a fungal infection called candidal balanitis to effectively treat the condition an examination would be needed if possible . it will be recommended to send me a picture on a private consultation chat or you should meet with your Dermatologist who can examine before prescribing the necessary treatment.
