My sister is in treatment of SLE, now she is 18 and school is under vaccination drive. Is it safe to take vaccination under current scenario ?

Yes..she can take the vaccine. She may have little flare of joint pain or muscle pain n fever after vaccine but that should not be the reason to defer vaccine for her

She should definitely get her vaccine asap. Being immunosuppressed means, she has a higher risk of getting infected, so just get vaccinated as soon as feasible. Best wishes
