What happens if we take vaccine after testing negative, before 7 weeks my sister tested negative. Hence she has taken vaccine today. What kind of effect does that make ( she was not under any medication) she was in home isolation

Kindly take the vaccination three months following recovery.  If vaccination is done prior to this period, the effectiveness of the vaccine will be reduced owing to the cross reaction of the vaccine components with existing antibodies. There is no side effect as such if the vaccine is taken before three months after recovery from covid. However the effectiveness might be reduced. The vaccine does not fully prevent infection by the COVID-19 virus. However it drastically reduces the chances of severe life threatening consequences and death due to COVID-19.
