  4. Covid related. To admit her immediately?

My wife is covid positive since 4 days. She is taking ivermectin ,fabiflu ,doxy, montelukast balistine, pulmoclear, antioxidants,multivitamins,limcee,dolo 650. Her rtpcr value is 21 and hrct value 8-9. Her fever is recurrant and coming back again. 102 Celsius. I am getting scared that since 4 5 days she is getting fever again and again. Slowly she is starting cough also. Do I need to admit her immediately? Her spo2 level is fine by the way 97% 98% pulse 105 above..please suggest

Dear Sir This case can be managed at home. Hospital admission may not be required I'm urgent basis. However of saturation falls below 94%  , immediate medical attention may be required.
