Covid rapid heart rate

Hi, I test covid positive on 3rd May from when got home isolated and symptom started on 26th April. So far my oxygen level is maintained 97 or 98. Symptoms I faced are 1 day fever, cold, loss of taste and smell and all these symptoms not occuring now. But I am still feeling difficult in deep breath and rapid heart rate with pulse rate reading of 120 at times when in rest and more eventhough my oxygen level is 98. Please advise me why this is so and should I go to hospital to diagnose the same?

Covid infection is known to cause complications in multiple organs..High heart rate can be associated with fever, So please check your temperature while u see the high heart rate.Another point of concern is covid itself causing a condition in heart termed as myocarditis. It is advised to get an ECG done to know the proper rate and rhythm and in case myocarditis is suspected, you should definetely consult a doctor for further evaluation and management, take care
