My father is covid positive since May 21. His CRP value is 64 (samples taken on May 30) and present SPO2 is 95. He is having cough. Kindly let me know what to do next. He is under medication. Is his condition serious?

hello sir Sorry for your concern It already has been Day 10 So we are in inflammatory phase of Covid 19 Considering he is afebrile , we should start him on oral steroids asap

Adv : 1. Tab Medrol 16mg odpc for 3 days > tab Medrol 8mg for 3 days 2. Repeat crp 2 days after starting Medrol 3. Tab Cefuroxime 500mg - Bdpc * 5 days 4. Continue other medications like multivitamin / vitamin D3 / montair lc as usual 5. Mucinac 600 - once daily
