Hello , CORADS five is confirming the fact that it is typical COVID 19 ! A 11/25 CT severity score signifies anything in between 25 to 50% lung involvement ! It is definitely moderate if not severe COVID pneumonia ! He needs to be hospitalised considering old age and more so because he has two massive co morbidities ! Might need antiviral therapy along with corticosteroids !
