Covid or what, age 49, fully vaccinated

Hello doctors My father had little headache and weakness on 21st August, and now has been only sore throat and dry cough no high grade fever till now. Is it covid he's fully vaccinated with covishield jabs taken in 28 day interval. What to do now, he still can walk 3km in 32mins with no symptoms at all. Should I be concerned, please enlighten me.
