After 45 days of symptoms, went for Igg antibody testing. Value came as 1.50.(reference was 1) How long MORE it will remain above 1(approx)? How long MORE I will have some kind of immunity?

If after 45 days its 1.5 assuming  good quality kit used for testing, either you had very less viral load in body or your body immune system  is very weak. Considering it, taking vaccine early, is recommended. As it will not last much longer as expected  for recovered person.
